Replying To Tacaí Liatroma:  "Coming back to this. I went looking on twitter for score updates on the three intermediate games today. Granted they were all finished but at least I thought 8 might be able to see how it went score for score. Found nothing. Ah well. I'd just have to make do with the cold results. Went onto Leitrim GAA's website. Bang, there they are. Far from a disgrace.

If you read my message it says WEBSITE SCORE UPDATES not full time score. And as you said urself there was no score updates so you just proved my point even more

Home advantage was the only reason they got over the line against St Mary's yesterday. Mary's would've bet them off the park in any other venue."
Game should be move to cloone or even fenagh

Where else do you suggest the county final takes place?

Why would Carrick have beaten them off the field elsewhere bearing in mind they only scored 1-8 yesterday?

Condolences to Fenagh heartbreaking way to go out but what would ya expect after throwing out the McCormacks who have 8 senior championship medals.

Agreed. Should've been played in Pairc Sean all along.

final definitely in Ballinamore irrespective of who got to it. in all honesty i'd say it doesn't make a blind bit of difference to Mohill players where it is. in fact it adds more pressure to Ballinamore. TG4 coming down to show it. so thank god its 2 good football teams in it.

To be honest I think your terrible style of play was the reason you lost yesterday. Laterally moving the ball across the pitch waiting for a certain score. It seems like your players weren't allowed to take a chance have a go or play with any sort of ingenuity. That was the reason ye lost. It was extremely frustrating to watch on Saturday as your players are more than good enough to beat Ballinamore.

The reason Ballinamore won was they kicked the ball, they weren't afraid to take their man on and try something different. They played with freedom and they were good to watch. Albeit they missed some easy enough chances they played all the football.

Hopefully ye will go away from this negative style next year as your players are more than good enough to win a county final. I'm looking forward to the final now as we have two teams who will take the game on and have a go. Should be a great game.

Also what was the story with the bus. Ballinamore is surely only a 20 minute drive from carrick.

Is Carrick out of commission?
Why is the final being played in Ballinamore?

With all due to respect to the county board, they can't keep them all updated. If the clubs (like many already do) keep it updated and tag Leitrim GAA in it, then problem solved.

Take for example this weekend;
Ballinaglera gave live updates
Kiltubrid gave live updates

As mentioned countless times the only problem with Ballinamore is the parking close to the ground, walking out from the town isn't that bad but limited parking there as well. But I have to say it's my favourite ground to watch a game

Credit to Mulligan and O'Donnell who seem to have got great buy-in from the Fenagh lads.
Long may they stay

Wouldn't be one to credit them now. Just about getting over the line against a put together Aughawillan and bet the next game.

Can you expand on what you mean by 'great buy in'. What did they do?

Presume they just ran out of legs playing the same team 3 weekends in a row

Well now I was about to say that.... I think at this stage it's hard to see them winning a title in the next few years.

Ballinamore's pitch looked immaculate and the parking wasn't too bad once ya got in early. But what was the story with everyone slipping throughout the two games? It hadn't rained in more than a week. Someone beside me said the new grass hadn't fully bedded/settled in yet. Not entirely sure what that means though.

You complaining about pitch conditions again? Shocker! Only croke park would be good enough for you
