Mulryan definitely the stand out for Galway. They might beat Rossies again. Not much between those sides. But can't see either side beating Mayo in the Connacht final. Mayo just too strong at the grade this year.

Mayo the strong favourites to win and retain this U20 title and showed why tonight. Galway can improve and win next week but won't be able to improve enough to topple that Mayo team should they meet again in the final in two weeks.

Obvious to see why Mulryan is in with the Seniors, he was outstanding and kicked scores from distance with both feet.

Followed on from last week, so casual on the ball. Lost count of the amount of times they were turned over which led to Mayo scores. Must have won nearly 10 kickouts in a row at the start of the 2nd half with only put 2 points on the board.

Its a very good Mayo team to be fair.

Watched Mulryan for Caltra last season especially in the intermediate final, hes an exceptional talent, I think has more to offer in the short term than Mulhern. There's a reason why he was made captain.

No doubt bein selected as captain speaks volumes but on the pitch with u20s Mulhern has been the standout and you can see why PJ has him in with seniors. Coen also has had a good campaign. There is a big difference between intermediate club and IC senior. Mayo certainly look the real deal but lets worry about that after/if we get past the Rossies.

Semi final v Rossies in MacHale Park next Wednesday at 6.30pm.

If it's a Mayo v Galway final it will be played the week after in Hyde Park.

I like Mulhern but he's very loose in possession at times. Coughs up a lot of ball. Great ability but he's still very young. Still U20 next year as far as I know.

Have being at 3 of Galway games in under 20 to be honest have being very disappointed with way they play it's not stop hand passing to a player maybe 2 yards away and he then gives another pass 2 more yards most of backs just take off soloing up field no kicking at all then go into tackles and loose ball it's brutal stuff I genuinely though with Johonson in charge something might change also can't figure out why Ross coen is centre forward good player in fairness but he not a centre forward he better looking down field as centre back he going way 2 deep when playing centre forward not his fault as he is a back playing in forwards mulhern should be centre forward not out on wing being dragged down the field , unfortunately shay mcglinchey at midfield has being anonymous in last 2 matches only taken off with 2 mins go yesterday not much point having subs and not getting them on sooner galwar brought on 2 subs in last 2 mins and they getting hammered ,, personally I can't see the logic in that
