They'll have an awful lot of experience and hard lessons learnt going into 2026. We have a team talented enough to win Sam but fails to do so. I think the county board should be asking serious questions. Did any one listen to the Maroon and White podcast on the review of football year and the facts the stats man gave about John Daly and he couldn't understand how he wasn't picked ? Other questions need to be asked on why Cillian Mcdaid was dropped ? There are no candidates in Galway to take Pj's position I agree, but are we just going to accept mediocre in Galway. Why not go for the best outside management there is, this window for this team could close soon and we may not have a team to compete for another 20yrs.
