Look I could bemoan the loss of Mannion, and especially McCaffrey, who gave us that x-factor.
But truth is, lots of teams lose players, Cillian O'Connor springs to mind.

All great runs end, and in some strange way I'm a little relieved. Brings the want and the excitement back.
But those Mayo lads can be proud today.

Are polyps a delicacy in Meath?

I wonder will the GAA bring in any rules to combat that dirty shower? I am away for a gin with that bitter.

The lack of discipline is embarrassing for Dublin. They could have had 4 red cards, and several more black cards than they did get. Sadly they've tarnished their reputation. You don't do those things by accident, that's true colours showing through.

Cillian O'Connor isn't in the same class as McCaffrey or Mannion, he's a tap over merchant, Mayo are better off without him same as big Aidan O'Shea, them young boys Mayo have are far better players.

Pay no heed. A lot of these people have been waiting YEARS to put the boot in. This is their time. Let them shine :) we go again.

Given the blatant ignorance some of your former players and managers have shown to your obvious unfair advantages what do you expect.

Give credit where credit due they were truly great champions. And not too many will back against them being champions again next season

It's just an odd one to me from a tactical point that's all, Dublin have been awesome over the years. They owe nobody anything. Just surprised that the focus on attack has waned under Farrell, they don't create anywhere near the opportunities they used to. They were a joy to watch in years gone by but they've become too limited in their approach.

Mayo made the most of their numerical advantage after the black. Worthy winners today and why not go all the way? Ádh mór orthú.

Dreadful in first half. People making wisecracks about them at half time. But what a performance in second from a very young team minus 2 of their best players and lads Lane had a nightmare. Glad we don't have to ask what if but bottled all the big calls.

As I said in the buildup this Mayo team is going nowhere for a few years. Delighted for them. Dublin have been amazing and will be back but let that second half be a lesson for all teams who let Dublin have the ball for long periods. Mayo identified Comerford as the weakness, allowed him to have the ball and then pressed everyone else. That was the winning of the game.

Oh dear says the County who invented dirt and made it an artform. All while your county plays the victim card again, you have nothing to say.

Dublin had a group of players who brought great joy to their fans and did much to give positive encouragement to the upcoming youngsters in the capital.
Definitely signs were there for a while that the wheels were coming off. Apart from Paddy Small who was excellent the rest of the Ballymun contingent showed petulence and ill discipline. In fact 3 of them seemed to be looking for a red card.

I think instead of bad mouthing Dublin you should be talking more about the Mayo teams performance. When are they going to give their supporters a break and do it the easy way.

Galvin had Brogan, Connolly etc. You don't replace that kind of talent too easily.
