Well it is implied in "Part of the opposition comes from within Kerry because they know getting bate 20+ points every year in Munster was and is no good for Kerry hurling". I would be of the opinion that Kilkenny, Galway, Wexford and Dublin will probably give them 20+ point beatings as well. StoreysTash (Wexford) - Posts: 1732 - 15/07/2021 10:16:04 2360016 Link 0 |
That depends on the draw. Kerry might have to play Kilkenny first and we might not beat them lol

The reason Kerry play in Leinster is we were too strong for Munster. Kilkenny have been the same since Kerry played in Leinster a few seasons ago. The fear shhok them to their very foundations.

Under straight knockout they choose not to be in Munster and under the recent system they were happy to be in the Leinster qualifying rounds and then with the current round robin system they are happy to be in Joe and try get promoted to Munster (They will not be in Leinster under the agreed system) They are not and have not been excluded from Munster but this nonsense keeps popping up about bullying from the other 5 in Munster Breezy (Limerick) - Posts: 1236 - 15/07/2021 13:00:04 2360101 Link 0 |
Where have they said they are happy to be in Leinster? If there is no relegation in Munster how can they get into Munster?

As far as I know, they have to play the provisional round loser in Munster to get into Munster? Imagine the clamour if they won that!

Under the round robin system how many times do I have to say it. The current system is temporary so under the round robin system they would go into Munster if promoted.

Yes that's how it works. But given that Leinster set a precedent I hope that if Kerry win Joe they just put 6 in Munster for a year and relegate the bottom team the next year Breezy (Limerick) - Posts: 1236 - 15/07/2021 17:05:06 2360177 Link 0 |
Thanks StorysTash and Breezy for clearing that up.
