How many points was it again that Cavan should've beaten Donegal by last year?

No thread on Tipperary being relegated to Div. 4 for 2022 although they are current Munster senior football champions, Cavan and Tipperary won their respective provincial titles last year, Cavan are taking a hammering whereas Tipp. are getting the softly. Softly approach, favouritism and all that.
