Replying To Ben:  "I started this tread and I agree with you. It's pointless. What we have now is the top hurling counties dictating to the rest about structures that suit themselves and are of no benefit to teams trying to improve. I'd see nothing wrong with div one of best eight and then division two the next best and so on. Something for everyone to play for there."
