100% agree with that. I'm a teacher and I have encountered parents whose children were exhibiting really bad behaviour. One parent told me "he's yours between 9 and 3." No accountability, no back up with parents that bad. It really should start at home, but for many it doesn't.

Most of the time it does, but not always. Sometimes there's just pure badness in their DNA, mental health issues that become apparent later in life, and then you have good kids who get caught up in all sorts of stuff, because of peer pressure etc. Some of the people who are having kids, I wouldn't put them looking after a dog, maybe the good priests had a point after all.

The only language bad parents understand is money. Hit them in their pockets and I guarantee juvenile delinquency will stop

Amen. Hurt their pockets. But hammer the actual person that did it too so they may learn a lesson.

I know people who work, pay their taxes, and try to be good citizens as best they can,, and I know people who don't work, don't care, and generally adopt a "Don't give a f**k" attitude towards life and their community. Galway9801 (Galway) - Posts: 1699 - 24/04/2021 00:28:20 2338591 Link 1 |
