Leinster championship rendered Cluxtons performances irrelevant therein, so it has to be Galligan

Alas the Goalie is always a weird one as the one that makes most saves or does something special catches the eye like Galligan late free v Monaghan. A dominant team means the keeper is nt noticed as much. Now as ever Cluxton was very important with his kickouts and did not concede a goal throughout the championship but Galligan caught the eye more.

I would be picking Raymond Galligan for sentiment but he definitely had a great year but if I'm to be honest Stephen Cluxton was still the best Goalie this year, no goals conceded and his link up from kick outs a big cog in the Dublin machine.

I thought Morgan would have been a cert before season started but no run in Championship put an end to that.
