I wouldn't argue with that 24.

Mick, sure Kerry had only one championship game in 2020, and they sure didn't raise a gallop in that. So, having no Kerry man on my panel is no surprise at all. That I have no Cork player is a bigger surprise. But look what they did against Tipp after conquering the Kingdom! I picked players based on form, and not on names or reputation.

Your entitled to your opinion Forever but the topic was pick your best panel. Surely David Clifford in top 24 or 26 players in the country. If your judging on championship Clifford scored some great points v Cork altho he s often better. Kerry also won league with Clifford brilliant. However if you ré judging on one game you ré a bit biased I think as you picked Derry s Vhrissy McKeigue who played one game and i don't think it was televised. But your views are your views.

Also forever you include Ian Corbett Gary Brennan and Conor McManus and you say you'd have included McShane if he was nt injured. So if your selection is on championship that makes no sense. The all stars are based mainly on the championship(mainly semis and finals) but this thread is pick your best panel. In other words your argument does nt hold but as I say you make your own decisions.

I watched McKaigue play a stormer vs. Armagh on Nov. 1st anyway. McManus, Corbett and Brennan all had fine games in their one championship game. Well, I didn't see any of them kick the ball wide from 21 yard frees, anyway. As regards McShane, I mean that had he not been injured, I predict that he'd have had a storming game against Donegal. That's speculation on my behalf, as alas, he didn't play. My other choices that you nitpick are far from speculation though, Mick.

Ah that's fair enough Forever. Of course I'm biased as a Kerryman but I would be fairly confident that if every gaa intercounty manager was asked to pick a panel of 24 or 26 best players in the country David Clifford would be on nearly everyone.
