Who is the best football coach in the country? Not the best manager but the best of those who do the training/coaching on the field. Donie Buckley and Stephen Rochford are very well regarded while Cian O'Neill is also well respected. Jason Sherlock did all the attacking play coaching I think under for Dublin under Jim Gavin. I have friends that trained under Pat Flanagan kerry15 and they said he was brilliant, things never got stale at training with Pat and they said he'd always have you thinking. iv been to a few coaching courses in years gone by with Mike Quirke he is excellent but you'd nearly want to record his sessions because he throws a lot at you in a short enough amount of time. Cork have Cian ó Néill now but Kerry let him go like Donie Buckley Heard Pat Flanagan was good alright. You don't hear alot about the coaches nowadays. It's all about the manager. Micko Dwyer was manager and coach. He used to do all the physical training with his teams also. CiarraiMick (Dublin) - Posts: 3942 - 21/11/2020 12:27:17 2311974 Link 0 |

Paudie Butler ...of all the sessions , seminars and coaching degrees I've done. He is by far a country mile ahead of anyone I've ever sat under. Horsebox77 (Kerry) - Posts: 5491 - 21/11/2020 13:02:06 2311983 Link 1 |
