Replying To baire:  "'The Green and Red of Mayo' is not a GAA song, it's the opposite, it's a song in praise of a neighbouring county, composed by a band who know something about singing, poetry and being good neighbours."
Jeez it's only a song!!! And a good one at that!! He's not slagging anyone.. He doesn't even mention Kerry in it. From listening to it again it's basically a fairytale of how the match might go tomorrow and I think all the Dublin players are mentioned.. I have heard two Kerry songs and they are all about Dublin.. We even dictate their songs now!!!

If you read my contribution again you will see that I only referred to the Saw Doctor's song. It's a fine song! I have no interest in the Dublin Kerry rivalry, I find it utterly boring and predictable. Enjoy your day tomorow. I hope it's a good game of football and that all the post-match discussion is about the football.
