Donegal are on the lookout for a new senior ladies football manager after John McNulty stepped down.
The Kilcar man spent just one season at the helm, during which Donegal lost the Ulster final to Armagh after extra-time and drew with eventual All-Ireland champions Kerry in the All-Ireland series. However, a defeat to Waterford consigned them to a relegation semi-final against Kildare which they won to preserve their senior status.
“Donegal Senior Ladies Manager John McNulty has stepped down from his position, effective immediately," a Donegal LGFA statement read.
“John is stepping away from this role for personal reasons. We’d like to thank John for his service and wish him well in the future.”
