Yet another tight game we lose. For 55 mins we put in a real mature performance but game management isn't a skill of ours. However it was the last wide that killed us, ball needed to be kept. We've got talent but we are mentally weak. Only tight match we won the last two years was Sligo and that was lucky.

Absolutely disastrous result. To be 8 points up and lose like that. Stuck in Division 3 and not ideal form heading into championship

That was criminal in a game which we were coasting in.

Shocking finish. Madness TJ Cox going for a point in that situation. Hold onto ball for 40 seconds and u are promoted.

Heartbreak again today. Yet again we are unable to see out a lead in the dying moments of the game. I know we are a young team but far too many times in the last two years we lack composure in the last minute or two of games. The team needs to start learning, shooting with 40 seconds left rather than holding the ball and giving them another opportunity to score is madness. Some good performances in the league and at times today, gutting not to be going up to division 2

Honestly, was anyone else getting flashbacks to the Leinster Championship v Wicklow 22 months ago? That was shocking. Another year in Division 3

For all who totally dismissed wexford yee got your answer . The team with the greater ambitions won the game . We were 5 up with 5 to play . No desire to drive on and we got what we deserved. The goal at the end shouldn't have mattered. This is a major setback for this team and we face Longford in a local derby in the championship. Now for the long journey home

Whittaker and McCartan carried the whole team today. Absolutely should have seen it out, to shoot with 30 secs left was madness but they also let them go the length of the pitch in the last 25 secs.

Tailteann it is again, and with Cavan and Kildare coming down Division 3 will be tougher next year.

Up by 8 points with 20 mins gone in second half not good manger has got some calls very wrong in the back end of the league. Goalkeeper been changed and not starting Kelly up top has been bad decisions. Not strong enough for Division 2 hopefully our under 20s can give us a lift and integrate some of these young lads come championship.

Speechless after that. Westmeath love the last min drama.

Good luck to Wexford. Can't fault them in our loss. PS. Whittaker and Cooney were immense today.

Definitely feel Kelly is a greater threat than Molloy who is more of a link player, Conor Dillon was asked a lot of to start his first game in nearly a year.
