That's why I've found the recent Pearse Stadium record so interesting and have won a few Connacht titles in that venue since winning in Dr Hyde Park.

Made a decent use of the Hyde this year with two wins from two and a draw or win on Sunday against Dublin would guarantee Div 1 status something that few rossies was predicting on this thread, matter of fact one real positive poster felt they would be relegated to Division 3 if in Division 2 this year.

Another great win in absolutely terrible conditions . Daire Cregg was outstanding yet again and Diarmuid chipped in with his usual scores. Galway should have fisted over towards the end to level the game and were guilty of some sloppy kick passing but I enjoy watching Finnerty, McGrath and Kelly. Agree with previous comments about midfield but we are lucky we have strong players to come back into the fold that could solve it. Fair Play to Mark Dowd for not rushing the Brigits lads back and backing the panel so far

The coverage and analysis on the Sunday Game for a Division 1 clash was deplorable, considering the game was not being shown on any platform.

Roll on next Sunday in the Hyde where we'l give the Dubs lots of it!

No. And Roscommon haven't beaten Mayo in the championship in The Hyde since 2001. We haven't won a Connacht title in The Hyde since that 2001 win over Mayo. It's a really poor home championship record. We do better against Mayo in Castlebar and against Galway in Salthill.

No sadly.
