I see the US Supreme Court has put a stop to Trump's blustering on trade tariffs. Lockjaw (Donegal) - Posts: 9788 - 29/05/2025 09:34:42 2613373 Link 1 |

Not sure it's the Supreme court. He owns that anyway. He stacked that first time out. I think it was one of the Federal Courts

It hasn't got to the Supreme Court yet, if it does he'll be sorted as he owns them.

This is popcorn stuff….Musk v Trump. As predicted by so many sane people, this bromance was already going to end in disaster. yew_tree (Mayo) - Posts: 11623 - 06/06/2025 10:24:56 2615267 Link 0 |
No other ego or person owning one ( no matter how big) shall ever threaten or attempt to threaten that massive narcissistic ego that is Mr T. To survive you must spread yourself at the feet of the great one and vow to be subservient at all times, follow the official line, even allowing that it might change every 5 minutes, and follow the official "truth" at all times. Never ever let any facts as espoused by others, interfere with the programme - no matter how fickle that might be. They are, one and all, "fake news". Follow the line as spouted dramatically at all times by that press secretary. She can regroup her thoughts on the hoof. Never misses a trick.

Brilliant isn't it! Trump is comedy gold, I love it.

There are many people effected in a bad way by this lunatics actions, who don't think he's 'comedy gold' and definitely aren't loving it.

You might want to cool your jets there, was it not obvious that I was referring to the Trump/Musk debacle?

Pity we don't have a 'Trump' type figure leading our country who would put Irish citizens first instead of pondering to every Tom , Dick and Harry from all over the world… ForeverBlue2 (Cavan) - Posts: 4015 - 07/06/2025 12:45:18 2615479 Link 0 |
Careful what you wish for. Personally, I think Mr T is an abhorrent member of the human species. He has no redeeming features. He is a narcissistic, amoral, pathological liar. I have no wish to be governed by him or anything resembling him. Anyone who loves him so much can always move over there, but, here, with all its warts and imperfections will do me fine.

If there was such a figure in the UK would that mean you would have to move back here?
