Replying To eoinog:  "The stands of football in Leinster is very poor. Definitely the weakest province. Only one team in Division 1 so that tells it's own story. A lot more would need to retire before Dublin would fall to the standard of the chasing pack."
They are at the same standard of the chasing pack already. Wide open next year again.

Replying To Fionn:  "I think the travelling will give him a well earned rest, and who knows..... when he returns, he might re-consider.... ;o)

10 years is some commitment for any player to Inter County, and his decision was a hell of a lot easier, having already achieved so much."
Is he leaving country? DCB statement mentions him staying on with Raheny.

Only for Louths injury's last year I think we could have beat Donegal last year in the 1/4 final. We have a 2 or 3 lads back who were travelling last year who probably will start and 1 who missed the whole of last season who has been playing excellent for his club who are still going in Leinster.

I don't think we will beat the Dubs but bar Dublin and Kerry, I think we will be able to beat any time in Ireland next season

You are definitely doing very well and on an upward trajectory, however don't let your enthusiasm run away with ye. Throwing out a statement that you can beat anyone bar Dublin and Kerry is fairly putting yourselves under a lot of pressure before a ball is kicked.

Realistically Donegal were in 3rd gear that day.
