Ziggy thanks for the heads up on the match. I dropped the missus up to blanch and went over to have a look. Other than giving up a few soft goals they were very impressive. There is serious talent coming through in our development teams which is really encouraging. The key is too keep as many players as possible up to minor and if so,we could have a few good minor teams in a row.We badly need that,not the odd one every 10 years. Agree there is a lot of talent in meath underage has been for a few years. At every level we compete up to minor. Imagine what we could do if the county board funded it properly or even just stuck to a plan. People do come up with good plans but seldom see them through.
