Tommy, who passed away on April 29 2013, was one of Raharney's most loyal club members. During his long involvement with the Deelsiders, he held every position on the executive, including chairman. He was club president at the time of his death. Tommy was a familiar face at all Raharney games, from U8 to senior, and was so proud of his club.

A minute's silence was observed for him before the Leinster SHC preliminary round match between Westmeath and Antrim at Cusack Park.
