The Cavan senior football championship final replay has been fixed for this coming Saturday evening.

Crosserlough and Kingscourt Stars played out a thrilling 2-12 apiece draw at Kingspan Breffni last Saturday night and the two sides will return to Cavan town this weekend to do it all again.

Mark Stuart’s late point salvaged a second chance for Crosserlough after it looked like the Stars had pulled off a remarkable comeback.

Throw-in for the replay at Kingspan Breffni is at 5.00pm, while the county's junior championship final fixture between Denn and Templeport has been confirmed for 3pm on Sunday.
