We are rotten value at 11/10 imo never mind anything shorter

11/10 seems short enough tbh. League is a different animal to Championship.

Sorry that shouldve read Challenge Games, not League. Kilkenny will be decent in u20 this year.

I don't think they will be decent at all this year. This years Galway group beat them out the gate at minor and I expect the same this year. The only reports on our challenge games in the last couple of weeks is that we gave Cork a trimming and beat Clare fairly well, and those were without our seniors. We've done nothing at u20 in Leinster last few years so there is a bit of pressure on them to win it and I think they will do it comprehensively

You are definitely favourites, for me favourites for the AI never mind just Leinster, but with young lads alot depends on how the heads are on any given day. You were red hot favourites with this group for AI minor honours 3 years ago and didnt turn up on the day.

Pres faltered again, won't win anything when only two forwards functioning, Cahalan and Poniard carried the fight all through, Hannon good 1st half, Leen well closed down.
Kierans took over in last 10 minutes.

Probably took over for more than the last 10mins, I'd say. Kierans dominated the middle third possession for the last 20mins at least. Forward play was a bit of a struggle for Athenry all through the second half imo. compounded by the absence of any consistent source of middle third possession/platform.

I wouldn't say Pres faltered. They were beaten by a better team and a stronger panel, who dominated most of the 2nd half. Only for Kieran's wastefulness mid-way through the second half, they would have had a decent lead going into the last 10 minutes. Athenry just couldn't get enough possession and when they did have it, they were usually under pressure.
Kieran's had a physically stronger team. O'Shea was excellent in midfield off them and their backs got well on top as the game wore on.
I would say Pres faltered last year for sure. They had more than enough talent to win last year's final. This year, they weren't as strong as their opponents.
