Replying To Commodore:  "In all honesty, no. David Clifford is so difficult to mark, that he gives other Kerry players freedom around the pitch, and if those other players are marked, he will probably score 1-7 or something. Don't get me wrong, Kerry are still a top side without David Clifford, but without him they lose a major advantage and don't stand out from the other top sides."
Disagree under rules still think kerry top of it maybe without David it's closer but still think they have lots other attacking options

If you look at Kerry statistics, the presence of David Clifford definitely sets them apart at the moment. Double up on Clifford, their other players will have extra space to hurt you, put one man marker on him, he will probably score 10 points or more and hurt you directly. In a game where the margins are so tight, having a player like him is a game changer.

That is not disrespectful to their other players, they do have a very talented squad, they are still a top 3 team without him. My point is that the other top Kerry players are not miles ahead of the quality star players in the other top 3 or 4 teams in the Country.

If you put David Clifford in the Donegal, Dublin, Mayo, Galway or Tyrone sides, and he would give those teams a massive edge too.

Kerry are totally relying on David and Paudie Clifford. They would be an average team without them.

Gavin white and joe o'connor aren't average what about oshea ok maybe not automatic all winners without David but average team is ridiculous donegal average without Murphy and Langan too so.

Typical Bitterness when donegal win All ireland again you can then talk about kerry been average .

That's a fair comment balanced at least better than the average comment but clear bitter supporter after good beaten in final it's bit ridiculous call kerry average and that's what you said.

Nothing to do with Donegal. That's my opinion. Without the scoring of David and the class of Paudie they wouldn't be anywhere near the team they are.

Has Niall O'Donnell left Donegal panel. A huge miss if true had injury problems last year but had a massive impact in ulster final when introduced. Is definitely a starter for me in Donegals best front 6
