He went to one Connacht trial as a teen found it drawn out and didn't grab his attention and never went back.

If you go off Joe word in book rugby was never close to comparing to hurling

Probably one of the best GAA books I've read it came out in march and really makes you think.

Paul Galvins "In my Own Words" is written by Galvin himself and is quite honest. There is a little bit of mythmaking in it but by and large it's an interesting read. Would love to read Diarmuid Connolly's autobiogrphy if he were ever to write one.
