TSG rarely have anything good to say about Leinster.

Regarding the comments about TSG panelists on the Leinster Championship.

It's not much surprise when the only one their that would care that much is Joe and then you've Anthony Daly, Donal Óg, Patrick Horgan, Liam Sheedy all celebrating the Munster Championship even if it hasn't been the better Championship this year.

I don't see Munster in this thread's title!

I've apologised already for my remark re Hoggie!

The intro managed not to mention Dublin at all! Second part when they did the indepth match analysis was better and perhaps understandable that the story for them is the decline of your fellas rather than the improvement in others.

I may have had a few pints on the way home to watch it!

The thread topic "Hurling Championship 2026" was intended to cover all of the hurling championship including but not limited to Leinster and Munster Championships.

The Munster Hurling final is a huge day out for all Munster hurling people and personally I cant wait for it.

Replying To bloodandbandage:  "They threw in the towel after the Hayes goal and weren't at the races for the 2nd half. It just turned into a turkey shoot after that. Cork won't care though, big final to look forward to in a few weeks."
I noticed Daly wasn't giving out about them giving up but making excuses, tired etc. If it were Galway he'd have a different take on it!

Cork must be hot favourites for Munster and All Ireland now?

Fair play to Dublin and Offaly. With respect to ourselves they writing was on the wall but our rose tinted glasses got in the way. I think this will be a good reset.

Apologies, I thought that the provincials were part of the 2026 hurling championship.

You're right. The Munster final should be some game and spectacle.

Tbf it is hard to go down there and win. They have it turned into a cauldron and its a very hostile environment. That said, we are good enough to do it if we hurl to our potential. Cork have to be favourites though given the home advantage.
