Replying To legendzxix:  "It is generally accepted that home advantage is worth 3 points at least. Possibly more under the new rules. Kerry have achieved the great honour of winning provincial titles playing all games in the backyard of their opponents."

If Clare are higher than Cork in the League standings at any point in the future you and I both know it will only be temporary. Like alot of your county kin you really must believe the rest of us fell down in the last shower of rain ;-)"

Replying To legendzxix:  "The Kerry hurlers aren't expecting easy access to the Munster championship or Munster final for that matter. Clare have dislodged Down 2024 and Offaly 2025 from the All Ireland Championship due to beating lower ranked league rivals. Just as the Kerry hurlers accept their tier status, if Clare are not a top 2 seed, miss out on the Munster final and miss out on league qualification for the All-Ireland - the Tailteann Cup is exactly where they need to be.
If Clare had been in the Tailteann Cup this year, they could have given Kildare a good game in the semi final. It could have been a Clare v Limerick final - with the winner qualifying for the All Ireland championship and earning the respect of the nation! They'd be well up for competing in Munster finals after that."
