Giving an exact % would mean substantiating your claim and identifying those candidates who you deem non-centre / non-establishment, or whatever you want to call it. And you can't do that. Bear in mind that there are independent candidates in Dail Eireann who have backed Simon Harris for Taoiseach. So you can't simply tar all non government candidates in any election as non-establishment. That's why you're being asked to substantiate your claim.
