It definitely generates revenue for the county board also which I'm surprised monaghan aren't jumping at!" Something to do with gate receipts I would imagine. Good quality stream of a game is expensive but would agree that it could be a potential revenue stream for the county board. Armagh would be a bigger county too population wise so probably more subscriptions being paid than the likes of Monaghan would get. We seem to be behind counties on some of the basics like the quality of social media and coverage of our games, likes of Louth over the weekend had loads of post match videos, reports, graphics compared to our channels - not surprising we haven't ventured into streaming. sporto (Monaghan) - Posts: 188 - 15/09/2025 17:04:18 2636319 Link
It can only be a good thing if Scotstown are beaten and perhaps not make the final. They have been every one since 2013. Between injured players and age getting to them the championship is as open as it's been in years.
