Over the border didn't do badly this year. Surplus of 303k. The draw did well even though at the time, it looked as if it could have went entirely pear shaped. Its a start but with some clubs, you couldn't build trust no matter how hard anyone tries.

A golf classic that clears €150,000 is an incredible amount of money. The Westmeath supporters club ran theirs in August, every tee time was sold out at €400 per team and profits were approx €15,000.
