King Con is right.
What a collection of medals he has.
One of the most decorated players of all time when you look across his achievements.
He was really the main man on both Cuala sides that have won the All Ireland now in both codes.
Gifted freak.

Hail to King Con!

Congrats to both Na Fianna and Cuala, what a wonderful day for the Club game in Dublin.
King Con, wow, what's left? County Hurling…..
Whatever about the Dubs and the generational success and talent we've had… to win a club All Ireland in both Hurling and Football with a club like Cuala is such an outstanding achievement.
Cuala bemoaned only the second club to have won a Club Hurling and Football title.
That one will be a sweet one for Fitzer as well, wouldn't be surprised if he calls it a day now for the Dubs.
Outstanding also for NF, beautiful to see a Dublin hurling team win a top gong.
Credit to all at both clubs today a credit to Dublin GAA.

Wow - what a day yesterday. I honestly didn't expect it.
Privilege to be in Croker and witness that. Probably both teams kept their best performances until the final.
2 Dublin teams winning Senior All Ireland Club Titles. Thrilled.
Delighted for near neighbours Na Fianna. Going one further than their footballers did in 2000. Wonderful achievement for any Dublin club to win an All Ireland Club Senior Hurling title. Great for the county and young Dublin hurlers.
Cuala - wow, for a small club and traditionally a Hurling club, it is some achievement to become All Ireland Club Senior Football Champions. To have now won the All Ireland Senior Club titles in both codes is something special. Not too many Clubs have won All Ireland Senior Football & Hurling titles.
Mick Fitz becomes the 1st Dublin man to win 10 All Ireland Senior Medals, and his 11th All Ireland title. Legend.
And now for Con - wow.... Unbelievable. To win what he has, is more than remarkable. A dual All Ireland Senior Club winner now.
2 All Ireland Senior Hurling Club titles 2 Leinster Senior Hurling Club titles 4 Dublin Senior Hurling Club titles 1 All Ireland Senior Football Club title 1 Leinster Senior Football Club title 1 Dublin Senior Football Club title 1 Sigerson title 6 All Ireland Senior Football titles with Dublin 9 Leinster Senior Football titles 3 Division One Football League titles 1 u21 All Ireland Football title 2 u21 Leinster Football titles 1 Leinster Minor Football title 3 All Stars
And he is still only 28....... imo he is right up there with the list of best GAA players of all time. King Con for sure.

Replying To SixtiesKid: "How could TG4 not give MOTM to Con? Oh they gave it to one of their own, Mom works there!!!!" I actually thought Peter Harte deserved it to be honest, but a losing player never seems to get it. He was absolutely outstanding and dragged his team back into it almost singlehandedly. Even just prior to what looked like a very harsh red at the end, he set up a goal chance to level the game, when he must have out on his feet. From the Cuala side I would have given it to Con. While a lot of the Cuala lads faded in the 2nd half, he kept showing and gave them an outlet when the pressure was on, even if he wasn't as prominent as earlier. What a player he his. It's just a shame we never to see him in with the Dublin senior hurlers. I wonder if we'll ever see it.

Only 12 other players have achieved this before him.
Full list of All-Ireland club SHC and SFC winners is:
Jimmy Barry-Murphy, Christy Ryan, John Allen, Donal O'Grady, Bertie O'Brien, John Cremin, Denis Burns, Eamonn Fitzpatrick, Niall Kennefick, Christy Myers, Jerry McCarthy - all St Finbarr's
Alan Kerins -Salthill/Knocknacarra and Clarinbridge

I think that might be the final curtain call for Mick Fitz but what a way to go out. He has been top class throughout the club season for Cuala, even at 36.
Con needs a few weeks off now - very well deserved.
Hopefully Niall gets another chance with the Dubs - and Peter Duffy gets to try out also.

I'd feel a whole lot better about the Dubs prospects this year with him available and in form that's for sure! Dessie will surely have a few of them in throughout the league.
