Replying To Ulsterchamps_32:  "Michael Murphy's 200th game for Donegal. What a servant and leader he has been for the county. It's been one of life's great pleasures to watch him play in the Donegal jersey over the years.

Reaching 200 appearances is a remarkable achievement and a real testament to his dedication and commitment.

Hopefully he'll get the reception he deserves from the Donegal supporters tomorrow.

Micheál Ó Murchú Abú!"
Fitting for Mick to win on his 2ooth appearance. Enjoy the celebrations.

The championship really started in Killarney, otherwise Armagh would be further ahead than Donegal, right now, are they? Lot of games played by them, and no better off, in my opinion. Not many will fancy Donegal out of the hat. Saturday was not perfect, but we'll see plenty more such performances, I'm sure from more than a few teams. Also a few decisions were dubious to say the least!"
There definitely were a few dubious ones. It seemed to stem from the Cork management and especially the centre back trying to get Murphy sent off after what looked a clean turnover. Clearly this was an instruction after the league final debacle. Thereafter a big part of the game swinging was as you call dubious decisions. McGee getting called for over carrying which was marginal to say the least. Then the same centre back running from one 45 to the other with one hop and pops over a 2 pointer. The dessent call which unless was for something said had most of the crowd murmuring.

Anyways we go again. Safe travels to anyone on the way....most probably are, I'm about to set off myself. Let's hope we're in the draw Monday and Michael Murphy's 200th game isn't a sour one.

Such excuses. We were terrible in 3/4 championship games. We have no bench. Our keeper can't find anyone with his kickouts.

It was a super victory over the All-Ireland champions in their back yard

Kick outs killed is in extra time. And Murphy should have went nowhere near the opposition after getting the miracle 2. Absolutely ridiculous

Thats that, fair play to dublin the best team on the day won, no complaints. Where do donegal go from here i dont know. Didnt look like or play like ourselves at all during the championship. Didnt make the game today but was at the cork match last week, and we looked a team who was finished. Out on our feet, tactically nieve, and the body language of the the lads after the match wasnt good. We peaked for the lge......it could well be the end for a few on that team, mchugh, murphy etc. I was on here after the cork match talking about how the tactics we use dosent suit the team or the condensed season, but listen, hard luck donegal, we never really fired a shot at all.

McGuinness inability to produce players costing us. Bench not strong enough and losing big players like Niall O'Donnell. Daire form fell off a cliff. Thompson on without any minutes shows how much he values the rest

It's the club jobs to produce players. We're terribly ant underage and our clubs never do anything in Ulster. Hardly his fault.

Won the National league. Second most important trophy and beating Kerry twice in big matches has to be considered a good season

Same players played most of the league no? Surely have to start prioritising development. Looked very leggy today. Does he give more chances to NC lads too? Malone given a lot of chances compared to other lads

I think ye got it all wrong in your preparation. Too fit too early. We had it against Armagh a couple of years back. But you lads haven't learnt the lesson. Ye can challenge next year if you time the run properly but age is going to start telling now

I have watched a few Donegal clubs in ulster and it's all possession hand passing. Mcguinness own club lentils in particular.

They will bring their all Ireland medals. Something no one you've ever seen play or will see play will never hold. Not sure what's happened to Monaghan fans but you've turned into such bitter people.
