Replying To greenfan:  "Agree, I don't think McGuinness would want that alongside him, but I think that's what is needed, a strong voice with different ideas to challenge his thinking. The manager still has the final say, but ultimately someone stronger with slightly different ideas would help Jim and the team in the long run. It's worked for Kerry"
Yeah we need a strong voice who is focused on analyzing our weaknesses, something Kerry were able to exploit very efficiently in the opening 15 mins of the All Ireland final.

Jim is very good at analyzing the opposition and finding weakness, but tends to maybe overlook where the opposition might attack or hurt us. So having someone to help with that side of things might be good.
