Replying To Thejampot:  "If Glenfarne continue to play home games in cavan then they should just play in cavan. Every other club shouldn't be expected to play outside the county just to suit them"
You can't bleed blood from a stone and berating them for playing in Cavan glosses over the real issue. Maybe it needs to be acknowledged that they need help & financial assistance greater than what their parishioners can provide?

Think most players and supporters would prefer playing or watching games on good pitches in Blacklion or Belcoo than in Glenfarne. Its also closer for many south Leitrim Clubs.

Only Kiltubrid has floodlights. Earlier throw in is difficult with players travelling from college in Limerick, Letterkenny, Dublin. Is Pairc Sean ever going to get lights.

Our centre of excellence lit up like a Christmas tree a lot of nights and yet our home game has to go to Mayo. Absolute disaster

Best of luck to the Leitrim under 20s tonight against what looks like a very impressive Galway.

Wishing Enda and the lads all the best.
We all could do with a pick me up right about now

Is it true that county games aren't allowed to be played in the centre of excellence? I'm nearly sure I heard that before. All home games being played in cloone is a shocking decision, whatever about other pitched cloone most certainly would not be playable. Gortleterragh have lights now I believe but they might only be training lights.

Galway 2-11 Leitrim 0-11 full time.
This isn't a vintage Galway team by any means.
I would be very surprised if they challenge Mayo to be honest.

Hard luck to the lads tonight please and thank you. Always hard to beat either of the big two. Realistically we should aim to be beating either Sligo or Roscommon. Thank you all for agreeing with this analysis.

Yeah I think its insurance reasons or something that competitive games can't be played there. Challenge games behind closed doors are allowed.

We played Mayo there in a knockout under 20 game back in 2022 definitely as I was at it.

Was 2-11 to 12 actually ,i genuinely thought Leitrim were better on the night just a 7 or 8 minute Galway spell where they got on top that won it for them. Thought Leitrim really put it up to them just very wasteful at times. Thought they were solid around the middle and at the back.

5 point loss to Galway which looks worse then it actually was in my opinion, thought Leitrim had a really good performance and were well capable of beating Galway, they'll be disappointed not to come out with a result, just wasted a few too many chances which could've won the game. Thought Leitrim set up well and were very solid around the middle and at the back
