Replying To sparkie:  "I'd agree with you on mcmorrow, i know hes small and light but he kept AG in the game against annaduff 1-3 from play in 1st have when they where struggling.
He was motm in semi and should have been in final last year was excellent in both games. He always very lively whenever he played against us.
Never seen or heard of him with u20s when he was of age either"
I believe he was on the panel 2 or 3 years ago but suffered from a few injuries so didn't get any game time

Replying To IronSleeve:  "County keeper Noel Crossan Ballinamore to Mary's. Kevin Keaney played in a Junior final for Glenfarne against Kiltubrid and later played for Kiltubrid. Tommy Ellis Mohill to Fenagh.

A few St Mary's to Leitrim Gaels!!!!"
Alan Kelly Kiltubrid to Allen Gaels, Jerome McWeeney Kiltubrid to Eslin (though was he not aughnasheelin?).
Heard some stories about that one!
don't know the Keaney fella but Pat Moolick was a fair coup, played with his brother for Kildare back in the day.

Which Leitrim gaels players do you think will get a call up after their win? Outside of their current panelists of course.

Replying To Loughallenbanks:  "I think it's time we see the addition of a few Allen Gaels players to the panel this year. The likes of Arek Oberwan, Jake Tobin and karl foley have been terrific young prospects this year. Ciaran McMorrow has been completely overlooked when it comes to county trials, has been a standout player for Allen Gaels in the last two or three years"
Arek and Radek id agree with bundles of potential. I have seen Allen Gaels a few times and Tobin is ok his pace seems to be gone from lack of commitment and he has skills but I dont think he would cut it at intercounty. Ciaran Mc Morrow is a very talented footballer but theres not much scope on his frame to develop. As a intercounty team its the likes of Caleb Duffys athletic profile we should be after, but I wouldn't be calling him till we see how he preforms next Sunday. He was non existent against Annaduff and had a tendency to disappear when the Gaels need him most. Looking at the final I was looking forward to seeing Mc Kiernan from Ballinamore he was very good in semis but Jack Flynn done a great job on him I thought, didn't give him a inch of space all day. Has it been the best championship in Leitrim in years probably and if the Jones throw there lot in with Leitrim Gaels for the next few years and not bow out after 1 year, they would be widely accepted more and appreciated, and they would drive the standards of Leitrim football up.
