Where was Joe canning this weekend against Kilkenny? I know we won but we could've done with him on the field getting a few minutes before championship. Cant see TJ on the starting 15, good impact sub with 10-15 to go but that's about it. Father time catches up with everyone. When you hit 30, the majority lose a step or two, doesn't mean you're finished but it does mean you need to be intelligent about training and recovery, playing time and game strategy. The majority of Limerick team is hovering around 28-29 now and have a lot of miles on the clock, reckon they have about 2 years left to win AIs with this team. Im very interested to see how they manage players, keep them motivated and stay competitive, their backroom team is top notch but they will need to change strategy, they will stand up well to a big physical team, but a team with burning pace could catch them. PJ Molloy, Noel Lane, and Bernie Forde are others that badly need to be given run outs. By the way, is everything "west of the Liffey" now in Connacht?
