Be interesting to hear from David Brady now, hard road now for the league champions, lots of good teams in the qualifiers. Tirchonaill1 (Donegal) - Posts: 3183 - 25/05/2019 20:41:48 2187345 Link 4 |
Mayo are still the best team in Ireland despite losing again. Great free taking. maroondiesel (Mayo) - Posts: 1226 - 25/05/2019 20:43:16 2187348 Link 1 |

Congrats to the Rossies that was an enjoyable game serious credit for getting the win when the pressure was on and down to 14 too. GeniusGerry (Kerry) - Posts: 2113 - 25/05/2019 20:45:30 2187351 Link 6 |
We've a lot of teams to support so we have to be selective what games to go to and looking at that scoreline from 14 man Dublin I think I'd rather watch the test card on Film4.

Same old Mayo ,wides galore, depending on the old lads, young players not up to it.. Well done Roscommon, a fantastic football display, two best teams through to another final. Roscommon favourites after this.. Belclare (Galway) - Posts: 904 - 25/05/2019 20:50:02 2187356 Link 4 |

Well done Roscommon... I knew it was going to be tight and a 50/50 game (unlike some people supposedly in the know). Mayo were too loose for large patches of the game and obviously wasteful at the other end (including missing nearly all frees). Roscommon lived on the edge a bit, but took their chances better. At times I thought we played with far too much patience. No complaints... Super 8's are now a long way away. Good luck to Roscommon against Galway. Delighted for Ros and a good game, Mayo did well in second half except for the places balls. McStay will be gutted as he needed Mayo to rout Roscommon to validate his argument to scrap provinces. RTE might need new analysts. suckvalleypaddy (Galway) - Posts: 1736 - 25/05/2019 21:01:31 2187364 Link 2 |
Ah I'm only winding ye up, powerhouse performance from ye with 14 men. Also, congrats to Roscommon with a sublime result from a very entertaining game.

No bother man. With the increased schedule for the hurlers and extra football in the Super 8s I've gotta pick and choose the games nowadays. MesAmis (Dublin) - Posts: 13796 - 25/05/2019 21:14:46 2187374 Link 3 |

Wow Roscommon. A great win, going into the belly of the beast and getting a one point win. Great scenes at the end. MesAmis (Dublin) - Posts: 13796 - 25/05/2019 21:17:42 2187378 Link 4 |
