Cork are set to be without Mark Coleman for Saturday’s Allianz Hurling League showdown against Tipperary at Semple Stadium.
The Blarney clubman has not trained since suffering a calf injury in the drawn encounter with Limerick last Saturday week and, according to a report from echolive.ie, has been ruled out for the trip to Thurles this weekend.
Seamus Harnedy, Shane Kington and skipper Robert Downey are also sidelined for the all-Munster clash, however there is some good news for manager Pat Ryan as attackers Jack O’Connor and Robbie O’Flynn are back and ready for selection.
Cork have a win and a draw from their first two outings in Division 1A, while Tipp sit top of the table after two wins and a defeat.
Throw-in for Saturday’s game at Semple Stadium is at 7.30pm and the game will be shown live on RTE.
