Their depth is either poor or Jack O'connor deserves a bit of criticism for not giving them more gametime when there was plenty of chances to do so in the league and munster championship. As you mentioned the 3 forwards were massive losses but the biggest loss might have been Diarmuid O'Connor. They were non competitive in midfield, Mark O Shea really struggled.
Meath have shown they do have a nice bit of depth now, it's not the first time this year they have put in a great performance without Costello, Flynn, Conlon, Jones etc. Hopefully Down and Cork at least knock lumps out of Galway and Dublin this weekend.
