Be very interesting to see the draw for the senior. With only one team coming out a group of death could blow the championship wide open. It'll bring back the competitiveness in the championship with every game almost being a must win if you've ambitions of winning Keegan

Replying To noelpconnon:  "Why are we to have Finals on 4th October there is another week for Clubs as Inter county don't start till 17th or in Meaths case 24th Oct. There was room for Q/F and 2 teams to come out of groups but County team comes 1st again.

Disappointing"
Hurling finals are on October 10th & 11th.

Yes proper championship. They should make it a straight knockout. Now ye would see the sparks fly and the big crowds. This draw could see the top 4 in one group. It could also see a bottom or underdog team in with top 3. It's going to be some mouth watering draw.

Caption form CPA - "Surely no inter-county manager can have access to a player while he is still involved with his club? If so, will this be enforced? "That really needs to be clarified. "For the past three months the gates and pitches have been locked. Everyone respected that.

But County players are under pressure and are making choices sadly to remove themselves from one of the GAA sports either football or hurling. WRONG we have given respect to the VIRUS to what the Government and HSE have asked and now GAA Leaders it is time to give us players - teams - club managers - club supporters - THE CLUB respect. Why are players under this pressure already so they can take care of themselves for there COUNTY and not kill themselves in the process. It would make you think and again loss faith

Gaa distancing themselves from the temperature checks already with all club football questionnaires, further proofing that all they want is intercounty football this year and only giving clubs that 11 week window to keep all fans happy by acting like they care about club games.

Croke Park could come out and say that no Inter County training takes place during the 11 week window and the county boards need to max out the 11 week window for club football or hurling. They should be saying there should be no shortening of club championship to 6 weeks or 9 weeks. Croke Park trying time be too cute
