SFC top scorers

Trim's Aaron Lynch

His Trim side may have bowed out at the quarter-final stage, but Aaron Lynch still finished as the senior championship's leading scorer with 1-33.

Ratoath's Dáithí McGowan (3-22) and Rathkenny sharpshooter Keith Curtis (0-31) were the closest challengers, finishing joint-second overall.

Having registered 0-6 in each of his last two outings for eventual champions Wolfe Tones, the fast-finishing Caolán Ward is next in line on 0-29.

It comes as no surprise that the winners have three players among the top ten placings, the other two being Thomas O'Reilly (0-25) and Kyle Moran, who registered 2-12, all of which came from open play.
