Wicklow Coiste na nÓg has decided not to penalise clubs who aren't providing referees. 

The county minor board had threatened to withdraw clubs from two rounds of U13, U15 and U17 competitions if they didn't supply referees, but instead will support them in their efforts to recruit new match officials.

It comes after an emergency meeting last week to address the county's refereeing crisis was described as "very positive".
