James Flynn from Ballinfull, Hackballscross, Dundalk passed away on April 4, 2009 at the age of 89. A farmer and gifted inventor, he was a founder member of Roche Emmets GFC in the 1940s and this was remembered by the club who provided a Guard of Honour at his funeral and draped a Roche flag across James' coffin.
