Staunch Sean O'Mahonys clubman Liam Morrow of Meadow Grove, Dundalk, passed away on December 31st, 2015, aged 75. A native of Armagh who moved to Dundalk in 1979, Sean had a deep passion for gaelic games and was very much involved in the running of the local club. Behind the scenes, he carried out countless tasks for Sean O'Mahonys, from putting up flags to painting lines on the pitch to cleaning the dressing rooms, setting up training for managers and collecting money at the gates. He was also instrumental in the success of the club's Lotto over the years and it was fitting that Sean O'Mahonys GFC provided a Guard of Honour at St Josephs Redemptorist Church on the day of his funeral.
