James 'Jim' Harty, Phillipstown, Ballymakenny Road, Drogheda, who passed away on Thursday, February 23rd, 2017, was a former O'Raghallaighs footballer. Born on St Patrick's Day in 1946, he loved all sports, especially the GAA and athletics. A real family man, he also had a keen interest in history and politics.
