Sadly, Monday, June 26th, 2017 marked the death of former Naomh Fionnbarra player and mentor Patrick Crehan, Cappogue, Dunleer and formerly of Togher. As well as gaelic football, Patrick was part of a family synonymous with camogie and was a driving force behind St Anne's Camogie Club in its early years, where he trained a large number of teams. Patrick played for Naomh Fionnbarra with distinction and gave tremendous service to the club down through the years, including various spells as manager, trainer and selector. A great leader who treated everybody with the utmost respect, Patrick will never be forgotten by all of those who were fortunate enough to have known him.
