The CHC have overturned the red card shown to Dublin super-sub Cormac Costello against Meath last weekend.
The Whitehall Colmcille clubman was sent off by Tipperary referee Derek O'Mahoney during the Leinster SFC final following an incident with a sideline official.
However, on Thursday evening, the Central Hearings Committee decided against imposing the twelve week ban on the 26-year-old forward after an appeal was lodged.
Costello will now be able to line out in the All-Ireland semi-final clash with Cavan on Saturday week as the Dubs continue their quest for an unprecedented six-in-a-row of Sam Maguire Cups.
