Eire Og had one foot in the decider when they led the 2019 intermediate champions by 0-8 to 0-3 at half-time.
St Breckan's, who defeated Miltown-Malbay 3-11 to 0-12 in the quarter-final, went 15 minutes without scoring in the second-half.
