P.F. Corr passed away on Good Friday and was a keen follower of the GAA, attending matches regularly in Breffni Park and further afield. He also had a great interest in geography, history, politics and current affairs - and would have thoroughly enjoyed the 1916 centenary celebrations. His well-attended funeral took place on Easter Sundayafternoon at Cavan Cathedral.
