Clare seek new minor managers

Clare have begun the search for new minor hurling and football managers.
It follows the departure of last year’s All-Ireland MHC winning manager Brian O’Connell and Dermot Coughlan as minor football boss. During O’Connell’s three years in charge, the Banner reached three successive Munster MHC finals, winning one at Cork’s expense in 2023 before defeating Galway in Thurles for what was only the Banner County’s second-ever Irish Press Cup success.
Meanwhile, Coughlan spent six years at the minor football helm.
Terence Fahy and Michael Neylon have been reappointed U20 hurling and football manager respectively for the coming year.
