Their seniors pulled off a sensational comeback against Tipperary yesterday to claim a first three-in-a-row of Munster SHC titles since 1933, and now the Limerick U20's have gone and booked a provincial final spot thanks to a comfortable 1-27 to 0-17 win over Clare at the LIT Gaelic Grounds this evening.
Diarmuid Mullins' charges delivered an accomplished performance all round as they set up a Munster decider date versus either Cork or Tipperary on Wednesday week, 28 July.
Man-of-the-match Adam English (1-6 from play) and senior star Cathal O'Neill (0-11, eight frees) were particularly impressive.

Clare matched their opponents on the scoreboard for the first ten minutes at 0-4 apiece, but the winners finished out the first-half strong to lead by 0-13 to 0-6 at the break.
English pounced for the game's only goal in the 55th minute to put some gloss on the victory.
It's another worrying defeat for Clare after their 40-point minor loss at the hands of Cork last week.
