History maker Margaret Farrelly to referee this sunday's junior final and the county board would not do anything wrong by giving her the senior one as well for she is our top referee in the county and in the country. I wouldn't say she's the top. Far from it. And even if she was it's no claim to fame. The standard is as bad as I ever remember.
